Terms & Image License

IMPORTANT — DRAFT ONLY. This placeholder is not a finished legal license and must be reviewed and replaced before accepting payments or distributing images.

Image use rights

Specify the exact permitted personal and commercial uses, restrictions on resale or redistribution of source files, prohibited uses, modification rights, attribution requirements, and treatment of trademarks, people and other protected content.

Payment and access

Describe the one-time $9.99 charge, scope of ongoing access, any limits, refund policy, cancellation, service availability and content removal.

Daily Download Limit and Account Misuse

Each registered account is limited to a maximum of 10 image downloads per calendar day (UTC). This limit applies to both free and paid image downloads. Each successful original-image download request counts toward the daily limit, including repeated downloads of the same image. Unused downloads do not carry over to the next day. The daily allowance resets at 00:00 UTC. Purchasing full library access does not remove or increase this daily download limit.

Art Clip Vault reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for attempts to bypass this limit or for excessive, automated, abusive, or otherwise unreasonable download activity. Examples include creating multiple accounts to circumvent download limits, using automated tools to systematically extract content, or sharing account credentials with unauthorized users.

We will assess suspected misuse reasonably and in good faith, considering the activity and its circumstances. Where practical, we may warn the account holder or temporarily restrict downloads first; we may immediately suspend access when needed to protect the service, its content, or other customers. Termination for a violation does not automatically entitle the account holder to a refund, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.

Ownership and warranties

Clarify ownership of the contributed image files and the rights being licensed. Describe any warranties, limitations and your support and dispute contacts.
